New typefaces are always being developed, seems like thousands more all the time. Most typographers have a an idea, sketch it on paper (or sometimes they skip this step, going straight to step 3) and then start rendering it on the computer, one point at a time. But here, the human face is doing all the work.

As you can see, the facial expressions of the model are being mapped by a computer program and then are being used to live update a font's structure based on different "moods" and reactions.
